We also collect booking-related information, including dates, party size, and service selections, in order to coordinate reservations on your behalf.

Your information is used exclusively to provide, personalise, and improve the VIV Privé coordination service. This includes sharing relevant booking details (name, date, party size) with third-party vendors to confirm your reservations.

VIV Privé does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel involved in delivering the VIV Privé service.

In order to confirm bookings, VIV Privé shares limited information (your name, booking date, party size, and any special requirements relevant to the service) with the independent vendor providing the experience. Vendors are not permitted to use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling your reservation.
